GENERAL OVERHAULING BY OYSTAR BENHIL

In the course of a General overhaul in our factory no parts are reworked or ”freshened up” – all parts showing any sign of wear and tear are replaced by new original Benhil - parts.

Mechanical works:

• complete dismantling of the machine into all it’s component parts
• old paint is completely removed with corrosives
• all parts are then primed and finished in silver-grey, hammerstrike pattern

Following parts are exchanged irrespective of their condition:

• all oil seals
• all bearings and linear guides
• all cam rollers
• all cam roller studs 
• all chains
• all chain gears
• all ball bearings
• all drive belts
• all springs
• all screws, nuts and pins

Following parts might be exchanged, depending on their condition:

• shafts
• discharge belt rollers
• levers
• toothed gears
• cams
• chain gears
• product cells
• calibration plunger
• discharge belt

Electrical works:

• complete new wiring of the machine
• new frequeny controlled main drive

Following parts are exchanged irrespective of their condition:

• all electrical elements (new parts according to the original Benhil standard)
• new terminal box made from stainless steel

Guarding:

• new machine guarding according to the stringent German Safety Regulations
